Partially Convenient

Im one of those few people that doesnt use credit cards, making this convenient payment method somewhat useless for me. Attempted to add a Debit Mastercard (which it recognized as a MasterCard) but the payment failed. I like the idea of convenience but this app would be much more useful if it could accept debit/interac or better yet Apple Pay. I can pay with interac at my church, when theres someone at the front desk... Why cant I pay with debit/interac from my iPhone ? Even MasterCard/Visa Debit would be nice... both payment types used by Cineplex in their app.

Safari No Good

I loved this app and it made things very easy for giving to church! However, I do not use Safari and have it locked on my phone so I dont even see it and now, in order to give, you must use Safari. Therefore I cannot use the app anymore. Sad.

This app only allows users to sign up. One piece of info the designers/developers forgot is the login button which is one of the first things you create to an app. Since it recognizes my email, it asks me to log in. It then takes me to safari to enter credentials. I go back to the app and Im still not logged in. I can log in through safari so I guess Ill just do that and delete the app.

Not useful at all....

This application is useless. It will allow you to sign up, but when it actually comes time to submit a gift or payment it automatically takes you back to safari to complete a transaction. I will delete this and hope it gets better in the future. For now, I will continue using their website.

It finally worked

After two attempts, waiting an extensive period of time after each one, I never got the confirmation text. I am deleting this from my phone. Later I did try downloading it again, and everything worked this time.

Works great!

Works really well. Its nice that I can search organizations that I want to give to. Easily accessible, and is extremely simple to use.

Pointless

Nice idea. However, I was introduced to this by way of my church: An easy way to give recurring amounts without having to write checks. All I had to do was send a text to the number given and confirm in an e-mail which I promptly received from Pushpay. "Great", I thought, for now I can see my giving and change the amount if circumstances change, or give extra on certain occasions. Nope. The original amount agreed does not display and, apparently wont display. On contacting them, I was told that was the way it was and that I would need to cancel with the church and set up again in the app. Or, I could go back to checks. As slick as the app looks, youd think that they would be able to match up using your e-mail address but no, no flexibility. Case "resolved"with no discussion.

Super easy

Love it- my church has their own app now which I used to give and I think its from the same company. Its cool!

Started with Pushpay and migrated to Tithe.ly

After experiencing the pains and cost associated with Pushpay our Church moved to Tithe.ly....and never looked back. Tithe.ly offers much more streamlined App and text giving donor experience...at a fair price.

Tithing Made Easy

I think the idea is really great and very convenient, especially with the recurring payments. Card scanner was pretty cool for saving time entering card number, might be nice to have it pick up expiry too. My only other feedback would be to conceal the web wrapper for the actual "Give" screen, give more of an illusion of a native feel. Great work!

Lawrence S Davis

So excited that a product, a free app is available for us to use. Makes giving to my Church crazy easy and never have to worry about not being there or having a check!!!

Easy, secure, quick

Weve just begun using this as our mobile giving app at church and its fantastic. The interface is easy, the process is quick, and the giving is secure. Really great app.

Amazing

Pushpay is an amazing product. I cant wait until I can pay everything with it.

Not the best...

Horrible. Waste of space. Glitchy and demanded I update my card info constantly. I called the company for help and the woman on the phone said someone would call me back. No one ever did.

Beautifully Genius

Im always so happy when a church takes advantages of the current set of tools at its disposal. Allowing members to tithe via their smart phones is such a huge convenience! Thank you church for everything you do.

Thanks

Thank you kindly.

Missing one critical piece of user interface

Since Apple does not allow giving to charitable organizations in app, PushPay opens a Safari tab. Thats great, but whats missing is the ability to close that Safari window if you decide not to give right then. The normal bit of user-interface at the bottom of the Safari window that allows you to sort through Safari windows is missing. You have no other choice but to force quit the app, we open it and quickly tap the interface at the bottom of the window to release Safari from the Pushpay page.

This app lets me

Donate to my church, first Christian church of Florissant, online.

Like the app, mostly.

I really like using this app to donate. I was so glad when my church adopted it. It makes giving so easy. It bugs me that it bounces back and forth between the app and Safari when you donate though. I wish the whole process could just be done within the app.

recurring payments

please allow for recurring payments within the app. why does it redirect you to the web?
