The app crashed once, and now it no longer loads.

It works fine according to your setting. However, Push Pay does not notify you exceptional situations that requires your attention. For example, Push Pay does not flag these issues when the credit card transaction is denied (my experience), or the church you donate to no longer participates in Push Pay (other’s experience).

Otherwise a good app, but lacks the ability to download giving statements from the app … a big drawback. (Website-only access to giving statements!)

My church stop using Pushpay without me knowing it. Now I can only access the transactions, but cannot give one time or add a recurring gift or change a recurring gift. The recurring gifts I had set up continue to be honored and deducted from my checking account. this is distressing. I liked the app while it was in use. However, I could not revise the recurring gifts. This may be my problem with understanding. How do I stop these gifts from occurring now?

Previous payment history is not current and I have a hard time finding my current church in the search list. So much easier to use the desktop site. Not sure I will keep this app.

Please add Apple Pay for security

This app does not support Face ID so you have to enter a pin instead. It supports Touch ID which is less secure and phased out now, and Apple hasn’t added Touch ID to a single new phone for the past 6 years. This is the only finance app I use that doesn’t support Face ID, all my bank accounts and credit cards support it, all high security apps. If Face ID was available I would have rated higher stars, it would make this so much easier to use.

I use this app regularly since the beginning of the pandemic. My comments are that it defaults to recurring as opposed to a one time gift. I wish it was the opposite. Also before the last update it saved the amount. I now have to put the amount in each week and change to non-recurring.

This app processed a payment with an expired card and the company won’t provide me an explanation as to how it happened. I will not use this app anymore.

There should not be an app i the market that should force you to us a phone number to login. I’m sure I am not the only one getting way too many telemarketing calls or text, and this is exactly how It happens. If I can go to your website and login with just an email, then I should be able to do that on the app. There is a suspicious and seemingly dubious reason for requiring a phone number—my guess is to either sell or store unnecessarily.

Up until now I was able to initiate a transaction and the last two days nothing is working. I am not able to change the $ amount and any other functions are not responsive either. IT please fix it. Thank you.

App doesn’t support FaceId so you have to enter a pin every time. Doesn’t let me over-ride the default of “make this a recurring gift” to “give one time”. Good way to accidentally miss that and drain your bank account. Tech support is very slow Good luck getting a response within 6 weeks. I only wish I could give it a ZERO.

I recently, one week ago, installed this app to make a monthly recurring donation to my church. The transaction reported that it had been made but then I see an error without any explanation of what the error was. I sent an immediate support question regarding this transaction and now one week later have not heard any resolution or even that they are looking into it. By the way, the app shows no history of the transaction ever being done. So there doesn’t seem away to look at a giving history. But for them not to respond with a resolution or follow up question is inexcusable!

Needs a software update.

Used to be a great app, but now when I push the “GIVE” button, it opens up my web browser to perform the transaction. So what’s the point of an app., if I’m doing the work in a browser?

This app is awesome ! This app has so much potential but it needs to be updated. I couldn’t add or find my church In order to give my offerings. Please fix ASAP

I use an email address for PushPay login but the only option via the app is text so I’m unable to use it.

This app works great but doesn't support face ID! why has this not been fixed? I no longer have a phone with touch ID and have to type in my code every time. this is very annoying and needs to be fixed

I have used this app since 2015. Great, fast, easy no issues. I’m using IOS, IPhone great job developers.

Why the app is sends you to the browser anyway. Just bookmark the web page and it’s the same thing. Waste of an app. No user friendly at all

I have loved this app in the past. Quick. Efficient. Easy to use. Unfortunately I lost my Android in Mexico. Now I am stuck with an iPhone so I bet it has to do with that. But why should I download an app.... just to make my donation on the web? If this keeps up, I will be deleting the app and just paying through my church website. If it’s fixed to in app payments, I will gladly change my star rating back to 5.

I have had two debit card accounts compromised in the last year and the only connection is my Pushpay account. For both of these accounts, Pushpay was the only application connected to these accounts. The transactions occurred in TX and FL and I live in neither state or have visited either state during this time. Wondering if there has been a data breach?

iPhone XS Max here and had to download this app 3 times as it worked a couple times and now crash every time I go to access it. It is a great app when it works. Please please please fix this crashing issue!

I’ve been using pushpay for some time and have grown to like it. However since I’ve upgraded to the iPhone XS the app continuously crashes. I pick up my iPad Pro and it works fine. But the interface with Face ID or something is causing it to crash.

I really like the app; HOWEVER, the latest update states it’s to make the app more stable, but now, I can’t even open the app. I am working on an iPhone X.

I’ve used this for many months, but recently it started crashing immediately after trying to restart. I deleted it, downloaded it again and it worked once, but is now back to crashing. Frustrating.

This app is useless. It redirects you to Safari to pay... It's essentially pointless. I don't get why PushPay offers an app at this point.

This is a really great app to use, specially for me since I can't always make it to church during the week. This makes it really easy to still give my offerings to my church. HOWEVER, this is the third time I've had to delete and redownload the app because it keeps crashing. I am using an iPhone XS Max and the last update to this app was a month before the phone's release. Please look into this and update app!

When I go to pay, it crashes and takes me to the home screen. It's been happening for months. I uninstalled and installed the app several times. Please fix

I search the app for my church and it doesn’t find my church even when I “allow my location”..... But I’ll can access my church to give tithes when I text the number given to us at church and by entering our text massage vvlifegive I can pay tithes without any problems. So why isn’t it working in the app?? Like the gentleman said.. why having a app and you can’t use it for the reason it’s created?????

I upgraded to an IPHONE X and the app stopped working. But, if I launch the iPhone app from my iPad, it works.

I’ve had to delete and reinstall the app multiple time. It tries to open then crashes.

Having the same problem as others. App crashes immediately. Worked once on iPhone XS. Came from Android, that app worked fine. This one is horrible.

I saw another reviewer mention a similar issue. This worked fine on my iPhone 7 Plus but it immediately crashes when I try to open it on my iPhone XS.

The app crashes on opening on IOS12. Needs to be updated. It’s been months since the last update. They are making a cut from every payment made thru the app/website, they need to spend some money on keeping the app up to date. Also make the app self sufficient, not just a shortcut to a web page.

Crashes every time.

Every time I go to open the app it crashes. I have to go to the App Store and reinstall it every time to use it. Please fix this this happened only after the latest release that was intended to provide stability unfortunately just the opposite has occurred

What’s the purpose of this app? It’s basically just a bookmark for their website. Any time you make a transaction it opens the Pushpay website in safari. For an “app” that makes you use the browser it glitches A LOT. Constant messages of “session expired” or the app just crashes on opening

App continues to shut down when attempting to open.

When I launch the app it immediately goes to a black screen then crashes. I have the latest version installed and it has been doing this for at least two weeks on my phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail.

Since the most recent update the app crashes when ever I open it on my iPhone X. Every time. Turned phone off/on and still crashes the app.

The app is very limited and at the time of payment it redirects you to website. I could have done the whole thing on safari. Also, after the first use on my iPhone X, the app now crashes every time I try to open it. Needs lots of improvement.

After downloading the app and logging in it works fine, then, after closing the app and trying to re-open/launch it the app crashes immediately! I have tried several times deleting it and re downloading it...logging in...closing app...relaunching only to have it immediately crash and not open.

Why does it take me out of the app to make my payment? Not my favorite giving platform.

Push Pay worked fine on my 7Plus but now I have an iPhone X (10) 🙄 app and iOS are up to date and it just quits. 😣 it does re-route to Safari 🤦🏽‍♀️ why though? 😏
